Encore Experiences offers many fun and fulfilling opportunities for those who want to give back to their community. Below is a list of available volunteer positions.

Kitchen and Wait staff
We are looking for volunteers to join our Kitchen Crew. We serve lunch Monday to Friday and need help between the hours of 11 :30am to 2:00pm. Volunteers serve food, clear tables and wash dishes. Any day and amount of time is appreciated!  Best yet, we pay in food ... and smiles!

2nd Saturday Bingo
2nd Saturday Bingo is held at Encore Experiences on the second Saturday of each month from 11am to 4pm. This is a major fundraiser of our Members Council. Volunteers assist in the areas of admissions, cashier, set-up, verification callers, food prep and serving, clean-up, and more. 

Facilities Management
On occasion, we need help with light maintenance and handyman type work. This could include organizing storage room, changing light bulbs, light painting, and minor repairs. If you have skills in any of these areas please let us know and we will call on you as needed.

Greeter
Every day there is a volunteer at our front desk to greet and welcome participants and guests. This role is critical to our success and helps set the tone for participant experiences. Greeters welcome guests and participants, answer the phone, and help with member registration and sign-ups for daily events. Greeters generally work one day a month from 8:45am - 2:00pm and have a half hour lunch break. 

Mailing Assistance
Often we have mailings which require assistance from volunteers. These duties include stuffing and sealing envelops, folding letters, and adhering labels and stamps. This volunteer position is "as needed."

Program Leaders
Do you have a special talent you would like to share or teach? Are you a photographer, musician or shuffle board expert? Whatever your special talent is, our participants would love to try something new. Currently we have volunteers lead our stamp club, coin club, tech tutoring, stitch and chat, and woodcarver group. Will you be our next leader?
