Q. Is membership required to participate in programs or events at The PEAK Center?

A.

Participation in programs is open to the entire community, regardless of paid membership status. Paid membership is optional. The membership year runs July 1 - June 30 each year. Membership is a $20.00 annual fee for the first household member and $5.00 for each additional household member. Membership benefits include voting status at Members Advisory Council meetings; our newsletter, “The PEAK News and Notes” mailed to your home bimonthly; and other community discounts.

Q. Will I need to complete any forms before participating in programs or events at The PEAK Center?

A.

It is our policy to request that each attendee completes a Participant Registration Form.  This helps us apply for additional funding and gives us vital information in case of incident/emergency. If you've never been here before, you can save time by clicking here to complete the Participant Registration Form ahead of time. Feel free to complete it and send it in via mail, email or in person. We would love to give you a tour!   Once we have this information you will receive a swipe card that fits on your key chain.  You must use this swipe card to register your attendance (check in) on the My-Senior-Center computer each time you are at The PEAK Center.

Q. Do you serve lunch at The PEAK Center?

A.

Yes we do! Eligible persons, aged 60 and above or disabled, (or the spouse of an eligible person), are requested to make an anonymous voluntary contribution of $2.00 for the meal program. These funds are returned to Montgomery County Aging and Adult Services for redistribution to support nutrition programs throughout Montgomery County. We are able to provide this program with support of: Montgomery County Aging and Adult Services, United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, The Connelly Foundation, W.W. Smith Charitable Trust, The VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn, The Patricia Kind Foundation and other corporate and individual donations.
